raffle terms and conditions
Please read below before entering to the raffle. Below is an explanation of what is included in the photoshoots as part of the raffle.
maternity photoshoot

Up to 1 hour photoshoot session either in a studio or outdoors.

3 fully professional retouched pictures from the photoshoot. Extra photos will be available for an extra fee per photo.

Clothing and props are not provided, the winner will have to use their own clothes and props.

Makeup is not included

By entering the raffle, the participant grants Owl Media Factory permission to use the Image(s) (previously accepted by the participant from a selection) throughout the world for any purpose in all and any media, including, without limitation, in OMF’s printed publications, social media, presentations, promotional materials, in the advertising of OMF’s services or on OMF’s website. In the event that the Image(s) are edited or altered, the participant waives the right to approve the finished product.The participant does not object to OMF storing copies of the Image(s) or to it storing their contact details in its database in case it needs to contact the participant for any reason. The participant confirms he/she is over 18 years old.

NEWBORN PHOTOSHOOT

Up to 2 hours photoshoot session at the participant's home to ensure the baby's comfort;

3 fully professional retouched pictures from the photoshoot. Extra photos will be available for an extra fee per photo.

Clothing is not provided. The babies will wear their own clothes. Some props will be available to choose.

Clothing is not provided. The babies will wear their own clothes.

Basic decoration will be provided. Can include multiple outfit changes, favourite toys/books.

Parents are responsible for the purchase of the cake.
